During the second round of interview , the interviewer assured me that I will be the perfect fit for the role and discussed that he wont be interested to go ahead interviewing the second candidate for the position. Lots of confusion within the hiring team and the talent acquisition team. No reply post-interview session with the hiring team after multiple follow-ups. Poor interview handling, improper hiring standards, and fake promises during the interviews of assuring job.
