Recruiter call which is a 30 minute phone call and Team Interview in person where you meet director, PM and superintendent. Very Standard questions about your previous experience and resume, nothing tough.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greystar
Interview
They took 2 Virtual Interviews and then 1 in person interview. First interview was during the career fair, then they reach out to you via email for next virtual interviews. Last one is with the Project Manager.
