Application was listed through online job search and received the initial call to see if I was interested.
After first interview, I was very pleased and encouraged to pursue this position and even received a second interview! -That's where it seemed to take a different turn because I was to meet with the person(s)/ team of people that I would be working with and with the President, whom I had already interviewed with.
They seemed intimidated to ask me questions and the President of the company DOMINATED the interview. He asked questions that I had already answered in my first interview, which was so bad except that he would realize that he'd already asked the question and cut me off to move on to something else.
The other members of his staff would try to ask me something and he would interject some point or turn the line of questions completely in a different direction.
After a while, I was only speaking to the President and addressing his inquiries vs. having the chance to communicate directly to the team that I would most have to engage if I took the position.
They seemed visibly frustrated and by then, it became uncomfortable.
Was a long and drawn out process and in the end, I was no longer interested in working for them.
