First of all, you should take a couple of online tests on several topics, in my case for MLE it was a few Data Engineering questions, a few mathematical questions, and about 15-20 about Python and Data Science core. Be aware that you can't close/switch your tab when test is running, question will be automatically skipped. There is also a time limit. If you performed well on those test and your resume is good enough, there will be a brief HR interview (online) in English, which main goal is to test your soft skills, English level and just some general info about candidate. After that if you are lucky you will be invited to the technical interview (physical), which usually is conducted by two guys from their company. I can tell you, that I was at their technical interview once more, when applied to Big Data internship. So, in both cases the interviewers were very nice to me, they made me very comfortable during the process. Thus, you should not be afraid ;)
My advice to you is to prepare well, especially make accent on practice. Also refresh your general CS knowledge like Big O notation, sorting algorithms, data types and ect. For ML and DS repeat some basic math like matrices and probability problems. Do some leetcode-like task to be able to resolve algorithmic problems and try to gain at least some experience with your future tech stack, for my case it was scikit-learn and pandas libraries. Just download some datasets from the web and write 2-3 solutions, that what helped me a lot at the interview. Moreover, it is the best to learn something.
With all of that, I'm sure you will be able to achieve your goal ;)
