Extremely unprofessional process. After passing technical rounds and being graded as T3 Senior, I was asked to provide highly sensitive documents (Passport, residence permit, and previous service contracts) for a "Mobility check". A few days later, they simply sent a template email saying the role was closed by another candidate. Requesting personal data before even issuing a draft offer is a major red flag and potentially a data privacy concern. Avoid if you value your time and data.

1st Online Assessment – Focused on solving easy to medium level DSA problems, covering arrays, strings, recursion, hashing, sliding window, and problem-solving approaches with optimized coding solutions. 2nd Technical Round – Included DSA problem-solving along with detailed discussion on my profile, projects, Java/Spring Boot concepts, backend development, APIs, multithreading, and real-time implementation experience. 3rd Managerial Round – Combination of technical and behavioral discussion, focusing on project ownership, team collaboration, problem-solving approach, handling production issues, communication skills, and overall work experience. 4th HR Round – General HR discussion covering career goals, notice period, current compensation, expected salary, relocation, work culture fit, and overall professional background.
