1. Basic fit questions/ why do you want to do banking
2. What do you know about Gridley?
The internship pay is relatively low and hours during the week are long (as is normal in banking). However, you get weekends off. Past interns have said it is a great experience and a good place to see if you like banking. I don't think people get full-time offers, but it may be a good path to get into another bank afterwards.
