Phone screen by recruiter. Then a behavioral interview with a panel of 4 people. Next is a presentation. During panel interview the interviewers complained the interview was last minute. Laughed when a candidate took some time to come up with a response. Interviewers could only define one quality they wanted in a candidate. Was not given offer because candidates responses did not have enough detail.. Sorry to say but neither did the panel interviewers. Did not feel as if any of the interviewers wanted to be there. They're recruiter Sybil was awesome though. As for the rest of the management team I am not impressed and would turn down an offer if given one.
