There were two managers in the room. One was asking all the questions, the other day there looking disinterested. The one talking went on and on about how hard the job was. That she had been in several wars, but none compared to how hard this job was. She was very negative.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
