Talent acquisition contacted through phone with intake questions and scheduled an in person interview shortly after with a hiring manager. I was ghosted after the interview with no further word from the company.

I was the the first hire in the team, so my process might not apply to everyone else. It was in 3 stages. A phone screening with an external recruiter followed by interviews on MS Teams with the Manufacturing Director and then one with the Filling and Purification Managers. I had a pleasant experience. It felt more like a conversation with sharing experiences rather than a formal interview.
