Grindr Manager interview questions

interviewers were not prepared, HR was nice and warm at first, then no communications at all. Thought this is an organization making positive change, I couldn't tell they were really genuine.

Applied online. An internal recruiter reached out to schedule the interview. She sent all the information and I filled out the assessment form. The day before the interview she emailed me saying the job requirements had changed, and I was no longer a good fit. Was not a good experience as companies should know their job requirements before posting the job.
