Then you have to go to the front and choose a random item to talk about for 2 minutes with no preparation in front of the whole group as well as doing an online quiz about Gripple. Definitely assessed. Assessment centre day: * tour of the factory * 2 x individual tasks - prioritisation of things to do for the day and explain why you chose that order to a member of staff and a financial report task (notice how I was going for HR? Yeah that didn’t matter, be prepared to do something that has nothing to do with your field of study, just be prepared) then explain your report answers to a member of staff. * 2 x group tasks - A-z of words about Gripple Create/design a lunch box focusing on an area of their goals for example diversifying. 45 mins to come up with ideas then present back to group. *during lunch you had a panel event with graduates *during any breaks you were not left alone, you truly are assessed every second of the day Tips: 1. don’t drive home afterwards, you will be shattered it is a long day and mentally draining 2. Read reviews of the workplace (I read they can be quite clicky and got an insight into that during the assessment centre day, decided I no long wanted to work for a company like that) 3. Speaking to the other candidates will make the day go easier
