I had an initial call with the recruiter. On a separate date I interviewed with three individuals including the department head and two peers/stakeholders in 30 minute increments for a total 90 minute zoom call. This was followed a 30 minute zoom call on a separate date with the hiring manager. I had a final 15 minute interview with the HR Director. They followed up a few businesses days after and extended a written offer. The recruiter was extremely communicative and considerate of scheduling, time spent, keeping me informed, etc. Everyone was super friendly. Management and HR keeps the interviews very conversational even when asking technical questions about your background or asking situational/scenario questions. They are genuine in their approach and it reflects the company’s “family-founded” culture.
