Question 1
One case question centred around timesheeting, and capacity utilisation for a company.

Interview
Conducted over two rounds, included one case study and a lot of chatting for 'cultural fit' purpose with some of the more senior people. Reasonably challenging but quite relaxed and flexible; could discern the calibre of the people and the culture of the office pretty quickly from the initial meeting.
