Then 3 one-to-one interviews, 1st one with colleague having the same job than the one you apply for. 2nd with Industry responsible (it seems they have recently reorganized themselves by Industry sectors: Food, Metallurgy, Pharma, Chemistry...). 3rd one with Company Director.
