The interview process was rather redundant and long. I had a screen with the recruiter and spoke to two other people on the phone, each 30 minutes long, before getting to the onsite stage. During the onsite stage, I met with the same folks I had spoken with in a 45 minute interviews and were asked similar questions from our earlier conversations. Part of the interview also involved an assessment test where you schedule based on a panel provided to you.
Overall the process took about 3 weeks and I got the rejection via email without any feedback whatsoever. It was a generic email and when asked for feedback, the recruiter ghosted. Candidate experience doesn't end the moment of rejection and I think that providing personalized feedback by phone would've been better.
