Interview
The first step is a 30-minute phone screen. The second step is an unpaid take-home assessment that takes AT LEAST 10 hours to complete, as it is quite complex. The third step is an invitation to a 30-minute interview with a team member — this person surprised me by adding another member of the team to the call to sit in/answer questions. The final step is the final interview with a real leader. Important Notes: 1) After the final interview, it took 3 weeks for the team to make a decision and during that time, the communication was delayed and vague … I was ghosted for 2 weeks. 2) I didn’t receive any feedback about my assessment submission that took me hours to complete, so it seemed like a complete waste of time. 3) The team appears to be highly unorganized and don’t seem to communicate well with each other. 4) You may have to put 15+ hours into this interview process just to be ghosted and led on just to be let down.

My interview process with Grow Therapy was well organized, communicative, and moved at a good pace, which left me with a very positive impression of the company and its culture. I had 3 interviews prior to a take home assessment, followed by one final assessment review/interview. Each team member I interviewed with was great—professional, engaging, and clearly passionate about their work. Incredible candidate experience!
Started with a recruiter screen interview, then had a take home assessment using excel, after that had a behavioral/situational interview with a cross functional leader, and the final round was a data interpretation case study interview with the hiring manager
