I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grow Therapy in July 2024
Interview
I met with the hiring manager, completed a take-home assignment, and then had a virtual onsite with 3 members across TA/TA Operations. The interview was very conversational with average questions about various situations as a recruiter. Although I did not get an offer, it was a positive interview experience.

Question 1
How would you organize your day when you have competing priorities?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grow Therapy
Interview
Interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel with the team and a final conversation with the Head of People.
The process began with a sense of urgency- the team pushed to move quickly and asked me to schedule interviews right away. I rearranged other commitments to accommodate, expecting a fast decision as communicated. Instead, the urgency disappeared once interviews were completed, and six weeks later I still haven’t received an update.
Not following up to close the loop after pushing for speed and commitment from candidates shows a lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Grow Therapy (New York, NY) in July 2024
Interview
Very straightforward and speedy process! Recruiter screen call, take-home assignment, and three final-stage interviews. The process start to finish was three to four weeks. The recruiter was very transparent about the process and set expectations from the beginning.
