Initial screen left a poor impression about the company. They were late. They did not greet me, let alone introduce themselves or let me introduce myself, or allow for any other common courtesy. The conversation was rushed. They read from a script in a monotone. They were not interested in discussing the role and the company, or understanding my background or what I am looking for. They said there would be 3-4 hours of take-home writing assessment, which I was not up for, especially given other reviewers on Glassdoor have said that they got ghosted after spending several hours on the writing assessment.

Overall process was neutral, reasonable questions, unreasonable number of interview rounds, and a multiple week wait between the final round and a decision (recruiter went on PTO). Beware if you are one of the final candidates - the company will continue to interview for the position even after checking your references. I have never experienced a company checking for references for a potential hire without an offer ready to present.
