The process was efficient and they communicated with me very well throughout the entire process. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by an in-person 2:1 interview. Next I had a Skype interview with someone else in the business, as well as a phone interview with another. I enjoyed getting to talk with such a variety of GrowthPlay employees as it gave me a good perspective on company diversity. The final step before the offer was for me to provide 3 references, whom they contacted, as well as performing a background check.
