I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Growthcurve in Apr 2026
Interview
Straightforward and well-run process. Initial outreach from recruiter via LinkedIn, and then 2 interview stages: a brief 15-min call with the founder, who was personable, direct and clearly passionate about the business, and then an in-office chat, which was very informal. Cultural fit is clearly prioritised. The lean benefits reflect the start-up stage of the business - low salary, pension, annual leave, and only statutory sick pay offered.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Growthcurve (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
I was approached by an internal recruiter and had a positive initial first call with a member of the team. I was promptly invited for the second and final interview. Unfortunately I didn't get a response back, despite being told I'd be informed of a result a week later, whilst also sending them a follow up email.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Growthcurve (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process is a quick one. It was a 2 step process, with an initial call with a member of the team. Quite direct but still casual I would say. I was told about the company and discussed my background. The second step was a brief assignment, a theoretical client strategy project - which I actually really liked. I got to present this in front of the team in Shoreditch - a chance for me to meet everyone and see if it would be a good culture fit.
