Long selection process - cv&cover letter, video, assessment day, online assessments, final interview
It last about 3 months in total, not exactly sure what their selection criterion is. Some headcounts are given to their interns, not through this process.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Grundfos in Feb 2022
Interview
First applied via Grundfos Career webpage. And then you will get an online video test link.
One HR will write email to you and you can turn to her for any questions. The HR will rate your online test overall.

Online test consists of 4 questions:

2. An example of stepping out of comfort zone
3. what kind of people you hate to work with
4. one important thing about you that we should know

if you are succesful in the presentation then you will advance to graduate assesment center which is the final step.
