Interview
I went through an agency for the Customer Service Rep position. I was interviewed, but it didn't seem to be a real interview. I was not asked any interview questions nor did I feel like I was really given a chance. I was dressed correctly, I was on time, and I was qualified. She more just chatted with me and told me about the position. There wasn't much in the way of diversity when I walked through the office and I really hope that was not the reason I wasn't taken seriously.

Interview
She only asked me to tell her about myself and did not ask any questions regarding my resume. Then went right into telling me about the position. Got an offer 10 minutes after the interview. They honestly just want someone with a pulse to answer the phone.
