Very casual. I sat down with a Stephanie and there were about dozen questions asked. Just the basic standard interview questions. Really easy stuff. Then there was some brief small talk as well as an overview of job, benefits, role, etc. The interview lasted less than 15 minutes and I got hired on the spot. No drug testing at Bimbo Bakeries. I don’t think they do background checks either She asked about 1) personal weaknesses? 2) former employment questions about work history and why you left your last job? 3) how I handle safety on the job?. 4) what would my former employer have to say about me? 5) what experience I have or relative skill do you have ?. 6) how often I took off work the past year? 7) tell me about yourself? 8.) when was a time you were required to think outside the box on the job?. 9) how did you hear about us? 10) do you know what we do? 11) how do you handle conflict in the workplace. 12) name a time you went above and beyond expectations on the job? 13) have you ever been disciplined in writing or verbal at any place you work?
