Gryphon Technologies interview questions

The interview itself went well--it was an easy process, I liked the staff, and I was a good fit for the position. I was given a conditional offer, filled out further application and security forms, and was then left hanging for a week and a half. After repeatedly reaching out, I learned they decided to rescind their offer without notifying me, a terribly unprofessional move.

Hired from my resume. Interview was just a face to face review of expectations. Some skills areas where addressed however not as important for the position. Expected to pick up and learn quickly. Product development was very detailed and the interview was used to assess the capability to perform within time constraints.
