Interview
First had an in-person interview with the Development Manager. Generally friendly guy, although I'm not so sure he was really that inclined on listening to what I had to say. Seemed to be desperate to hire a developer, it almost didn't matter what I said then!

Interview
People were late for the interview and they took a very long time to respond to questions and get back to me. Phone interview and a face to face at their office. General interview questions asked. Paper tests for technical testing, they place you in a room and you have 1 hour to complete the tests.
