Short phone interview comes first. Their recruiter will use buzz words, and in hindsight you will realize they are selling you more than asking for qualifications. Next is an in person interview. You will visit the office and get interviewed by 4 to 6 individuals in management, but each one 1 on 1. You may have waiting time in between, as they don't seem to plan for this when the interviews are scheduled.

Interview was relaxed, casual and easygoing. There was no pressure to take the position and the management was helpful with communication throughout the process. I am still glad I took this position to learn and grow as a young professional.
