Interview

Basically a standard interview. Looked at resume (which didn't matter) you were dumped into the warehouse. No negotiations on cost of healthcare if you didn't require a full plan. What experience can you bring to the company? All questions were fread off from a script.

I applied to the job posting with my cover letter and my portfolio. They picked me, asked me a few questions and started working on a logo project. Then they asked me if I was available to work on some projects aswell, I accepted and continue working with them.
