Guaranty Bank interview questions

Brief, forgot to mention that I was taking over a failing branch that needed help in sales, operations, and staffing. Overall they did a good job of keeping us all fooled that it was a failing bank that eventually went under.

The first interview was requested as an automated "voicemail" type of interview. The questions were straight forward. I was then asked to come in for in person interviews with the hiring manager a peer and department head.
