Interview
Two interviews in total. The first was with a panel of three managers and was a very basic behavioral interview with pretty standard questions. The second interview was essentially entirely technical and focused on how much SQL and other languages I knew.
The interview was smooth, with logical questions and team-based scenarios. They focused more on understanding your problem-solving approach, collaboration style, and workplace values rather than very deeply technical questions, though technical proficiency was tested.

2 behavioral interviews total. 1st round is with junior talent and 2nd round is with hiring manager and more senior talent. Questions are standard for behavioral interviews, including strengths/weaknesses and deep dives into past work experiences.
