The interview process consisted of a virtual panel interview and in person panel interview. The overall process took a little over a month and I was extremely satisfied. Everyone who was involved in the process was very nice, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I was very happy and pleased with my interview experience at Guardian Life.
