Awkward “group interview” no real questions asked. Just had us tell them an elevator recap of our history. Then they presented about them. Very unstructured and confusing. Was going to turn down the offer if they gave one. They also wanted us to start as a rep before becoming the manager “if we are successful”

Quick pleasant phone interview with their in house recruiter, Ashley. She was very informative and helpful and answered all my questions. We talked for about twenty minutes where she was able to describe the offered position and I was able to go into a little more detail about myself than what is seen in a cover letter or CV

15 min phone interview. Invitation to in-person group interview with HR and Department Lead. I had a great experience! I was not chosen for the roll, however, I would leap at any future employment opportunity with them.
