The interview just got off on the wrong foot, I lost interest immediately. It is important for me to work in an organization that actively shows it cares for the employees. That was extremely lacking, the waiting area was hot and noone offered to turn on the only fan in the area. When it came my time to ask questions, they were not answered appropriately at all.
