After completing 4 rounds of interviews, it was radio silence until I saw on LinkedIn that someone had commenced in the role. Granted, the process was handled by an agency so I’m not sure how much of it was Gucci’s fault, but to have given so much of time and to not even receive a notification to say I was unsuccessful was a shocking experience.
