Interview
Super short first round phone screening. Just asked about interest in S&T, past experience and interest in Guggenheim. Very to the point and no brain teasers. I was studying abroad so they were very mindful of the time change and were very accommodating. No small talk, just a to the point less than 30 minute screen.

Interview
First Round Interview, Very rude interviewer who just kept looking into his phone and was least interested. Interview lasted 7 minutes and was a complete waste of time. He did not even have questions to ask.
