The interview process was disorganized and drawn out over multiple rounds, with long periods of silence in between. There was a lack of transparency from the start—particularly around why the role was open. The way the position and company culture were described during the interviews did not align with the reality. Overall, it felt like a bait-and-switch.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Arlington, VA) in Mar 2022

Applied online via LinkedIN and was sent an email to set up the process:

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about previous work experience, skills, and other typical interviews. No case study-type questions. Use the STAR method.
One phone call with recruiter and a second with hiring supervisor. After talking with hiring supervisor, I determined it was not a good fit for me. I ended the interview process.
Both calls were professional.
