The interviews required multiple case interviews, personal interviews with management, and a presentation that we were to prepare in advance. This was for the consulting firm Navigant before it was acquired

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guidehouse (New York, NY)
Interview
HR interview then two additional interviews. Very basic questions so just know your background and you should receive an offer. The NY office is in shambles and you will be micro managed so be aware
A manager reached out and had gone through my resume already. Asked me some questions relevant to the role and gave more insight into what the role would involve. There was no follow-up after that so I reached out and they said they were moving things around including that role.
There is a behavioral interview then take home case then a final behavioral interview. The behavioral questions ask about your consulting skills and project background to understand who you are as a a person.
