The interview process started on time, was quick and easy. Very professional interview that covered what I had anticipated the job to be. However, when I actually started working, it was nothing like what the job was described to me as.
I had a quick skype interview with the team lead. We talked briefly about my skills with loans and customer service as it was a role that I had to interact with customers.
