Went through four interviews. One screen call, next with a Director (using STAR model), next with associate Director (Technical Case) and fourth with another Director (People interview).
Got rejected after fourth interview with the usual excuse of my experience and skills don't match the requirements of the position.
Question for Guidehouse HR: if my experience and skills did not match the requirements, why bother to interview me four times. A definite and clear answer for rejection would have been more appreciated.
