I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Washington, DC) in June 2022
Interview
Rough but quick to the point. Felt respected and given the time to think about answers too. The hiring manager was honest and gave adequate feedback, helpful for future interviews but also good to know how you've done.
The panel interview was the toughest part—three stakeholders (from IT, Finance, and Operations) each asked scenario-based questions from their perspective, so I had to adapt quickly and address conflicting priorities. They pushed me to explain how I’d gather requirements in difficult situations, handle scope changes, and manage resistance from stakeholders.
