The interview process was quite long and felt unnecessarily complex. I went through five rounds in total: an initial HR screening, a 30-minute discussion with the hiring team, a 1-hour interview with the QA lead, another round with the hiring manager, and finally an onsite interview.
While the interviewers were professional, the process felt repetitive and could have been streamlined. The number of rounds required a significant time commitment without clear added value at each stage.
