I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Guidepoint (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I interviewed in the San Francisco office, which was an office of about 14 people with no one over the age of 26. I had a brief phone screening and then was called in for an in-person interview. I spoke with someone in the Associate position who described the role and then two project managers. One was nice and informative with basic questions and the other was extremely intense. After the interview I was called later in the week to do a mock project and then spoke to them again on the phone.
awesome! very quick and easy, make sure you know about the role and the responsibilities within the role. great opportunity to meet different teams and see how they function, also great opportunity to see the different leaders and the qualities that helped them succeed
One screening call, and one session with three to four interviews with fellow project managers, team leads, and the head of the office, and then a take home assignment, and a call to discuss this assignment.

phone meeting with HR, then meeting with team members and case study. The case study involves researching industries and finding experts. Make sure you have a decent understanding of what the company does.
