I applied online. I interviewed at Guidepoint (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2022
Interview
Normal interview process on Teams. Requires the Vaccine so I would look elsewhere to work. Wish more companies were accommodating for their fully remote employees. Especially since covid is not real anymore
It was a 3 hour long process in which I was interviewed by around three different people from the company. I was tested on my linguistic abilities with the role being for a french speaker.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Whether I have any experience in a client facing role.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY) in June 2018
Interview
Emailed for phone interview, then an invitation to an in-person interview. First off, when I came I was given a 1 hour assessment that I was not told about beforehand. The first lady that came in told me their interview process is more informal, and after one person leaves that person just grabs someone from a desk to interview me. So they don't have actual people set up to interview you after HR does. She said "oh if we like you, we go outside and go you should meet this person! That's how it goes. So the more people who interview you, the better it is. We don't have a set amount of people to interview you"
It was... disappointing. One guy asked me "What do you think about the L train shutdown? This is so I can get a grasp on your thought process"
