Guidepost Montessori interview questions

Was interviewed by an inexperienced person that had no social skills, and made the interview feel awkward and extremely scripted. I feel they should have a better interview process. The company does not have great reviews for their practices.

Phone interview: about 45 minutes, asked generally easy questions. Was asked to fill out a written interview. Written interview: several pages, asking questions about hypotheticals, ex: what if a child knows the name of the letter but not its sound. Took about an hour. Final phone interview: a place to ask additional questions, there was more info given about the specific school hiring, and some continued conversations about Montessori.
