I applied online, and then I had to network to get an interview. After a few weeks, then a recruiter reached out to me and I had a screener call with them. They asked me a few questions.

First was a screener with their recruiter, then a phone interview with someone from that department. They asked me to complete a project, then had another interview. No one ever actually said anything about the project
