I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guild (Denver, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
I first had a 30 minute phone interview with an HR contact for the Student Growth team. The second interview was a mock coaching session with a Student Success Advisor acting as a student served by Guild. The last round was a series of four 30 minute interviews back-to-back via Zoom over two hours. The first interview was more informational and the other three were behavioral.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Guild (Denver, CO)
Interview
There was a phone interview with a recruiter, practice call with a Student Success Advisor, and then a 4 hour day of interviews on-site. The experience was positive, however the interview process was time-consuming. If I were not offered the job, I would have been frustrated by how many steps there are and how long the in-person interviews take.
