I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Savannah, GA) in Aug 2022
Interview
I had one interview with two individuals. Everything went very smoothly and they were very polite. They followed up with an offer 2 business days later. I declined because the PTO was low and the offer as a whole wasn't what I was looking for. Awesome team through from my experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream in July 2022
Interview
I received a phone call from a Gulfstream recruiter within their Talent Acquisition team asking me if I was still interested in the position and then proceeded to ask me my availability for a phone interview. The phone interview was with the manager for the program that I would be working with as well as 2 other engineers with the program. The interview was 1 hour long and covered my experience as well as a few basic scenario questions. Then I was given the opportunity to ask them questions. Overall, good interview. Do not any personal questions - with all my experience in interviewing with GAC (2 interviews summer 2022, 3 interviews in fall 2016) they are very work/experience focused. Do not expect any questions about you as an individual or what your interests or hobbies. Ha. I guess this isn’t a big problem just kinda stood out to me in comparison to my other interviews (Lockheed Martin, Lippert Componenets, Shield AI).
