The interview process was very slow, they contacted me for screening months back. The other 2 rounds were done with a gap of 20-25 days, HR team was not even sure that they have sent me the JD before the first round and were sharing it again and again. Got selected in technical discussions, and they shared with me a rough template for my salary breakup as per the discussion on expectations. Finally, when it came to releasing the final offer they started beating around the bush and ghosted me . On further enquiry, they just gave a lame reason that the offer is stuck in audit, management is travelling etc. This is really a ghosting organization, don't believe and tell anyone about Gupshup until you have a formal offer in your hand.
