Interview
The Recruiter reached out to me and then did the good, old BAIT & SWITCH. He tried to sell me on a position that was a huge step back for my career. The call was awkward and unprofessional. I ended up feeling like I wasted 30 minutes of my time on a busy day, when this could've been avoided by honest communication through emails. Very dissapointing.
