Phone interview with the recruiter to determine if I was a good fit, phone interview with the team manager to determine if I was a good fit, invited to the Denver office for a 4 hour interview (included lunch) with various managers and team members, received an offer a little over a week later.

It was a very thorough process with many steps, including emails, phone calls as well as on-site interviews with a lot of the leaders. They wanted to know more about my skillset as well as my personality to see if I would be a good fit with the company's culture.
