I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Gusto (Littleton, CO) in Nov 2020
Interview
30 min phone screen, take home assignment, two hour interview with 3 people. Be prepared for a ton of situational questions. I would also familiarize yourself with their culture and values.
Phone call first to get a sense of how day to day goes, let the interviewee get a better idea of who I am and if I have good people skills
Then a skills-based test you send in just helping them decide my level of communication skills/email/simple math
Zoom meeting with 3/4 people to go over different sets of interview processes...mostly just talking and getting a better idea of if you would work well in your position

Question 1
How I handle tough situations
Strengths/weaknesses
If you were an animal what would you be
etc
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gusto (Denver, CO) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was literally just a 20 min phone call asking general questions - nothing to in-depth. Felt like they were just ensuring I was who I said I was. I was surprised how simple it was considering the position required dealing with a lot of sensitive information.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry customer or how have you handled an angry customer in your previous positions?
